Plantagenet Prunes- Plump prunes marinated in red wine, fruit juices,spices, and honey to create a tangy thick and chunky sauce. Luscious Beurre Bosc pears from the local Mt Barker orchards are tantalized with green ginger, then preserves with dry sherry, and unsweetened apple and pear juice.
